The focus of concentration should be the center part under the locked hazelnuts where another canister below the exits is located. What makes this an extremely hard level to beat is the presence of IMPENETRABLE CANDY CANE WALLS in the center of the board where the hazelnuts are boxed in on top of 4 locked canisters blocking the 3 exits right below it, making it difficult to achieve the goal in fewer or within the given MOVES.

On my board, the game is suggesting that I pick the Striped and Wrapped but I opted for Color Bomb + Striped Green Candy. You’ll have to use the best possible combination that were laid out for you. You’ll have to clear the Waffles above so you can create Powerful Candies that can destroy the Multi-Layered Waffles next to the bobber. Your best line of defense is in the middle part of the board. Don’t be intimidated! When you see a Board Setting like this, don’t be in a rush to make a move! Take a few moments to contemplate on the best strategy.
